If you are a Junior – Intermediate level Architectural Technologist who would thrive in an environment where you can manage your own start and finish times and essentially time manage yourself, we have an Architectural Practice in Hathersage, South Yorkshire who can precisely offer an alternative to a standard 9-5 working.
Required is an ambitious upcoming junior – intermediate level Architectural Technologist, ideally with a couple of years or so experience (although this can be flexible) to join a thriving medium sized practice (12 strong) situated in the delightful rural village of Hathersage which is located approximately 10 miles west of Sheffield and a short walk from the main trainline to Manchester and Sheffield.
The practice currently operate a fully agile working model where staff decide what days they work in the office and which days the work from home, typically the majory of the people that work here have a mixture of both, working hours are totally flexible to suit and outside working is encouraged in the summer months.
The Practice are an established business and have a repeat portfolio of Project work across the Commercial, Residential, Retail and E-Commerce logistics sectors. They have also built a foridable reputation for their work specialising in EV infrastructure projects. The business prides itself on ensuring all employees develop lasting relationships with their clients, therefor they are really keen to secure an Architectural Technologist who has good interpersonal skills and is comfortable in a client facing role.
The role will give you the opportunity to get out and about, therefor we are looking for someone who has ambitions to develop into a job running role, you may already have some limited job running experience or be on the verge of being responsible for leading a Project for the first time, either will be considered.
The position will see you work across the majority of the RIBA work stages from feasibility to project delivery. This practice at 100% REVIT based so a proficiency in REVIT would be extremely advantageous, however for the right candidate they would be prepared to offer training which would consist of a funded training course and then onto a live project with the relevant mentorship and guidance.
If you are a degree qualified Architectural Technologist who is keen to join a progressive business and develop into a job running MCIAT Technologist, this is the role for you.
Salary depending on experience is circa £25,000 – £30,000 per annum + private medical, pension, 20 days holiday and a quarterly bonus scheme.
