Job title: Moody’s Business Analyst

Company: Luxoft

Job description: Work as the lead Business Analyst on the SA-CCR project.
Produce regression and test packs for the wider reg programme of work to allow users to adopt more testing responsibility

Responsibilities

  • Performing requirements gathering and analysis and compiling formal Business Requirements and Functional Specification documents.
  • Formulating testing approaches, test plans and test cases.
  • Performing system/integration testing and supporting business users with user acceptance testing.
  • Compiling and presenting test results.
  • Completing project/work-stream status reports.
  • General ad-hoc BAU support; investigating and establishing materiality and root cause of production system issues.
  • Produce regression and test packs for the wider reg programme of work to allow users to adopt more testing responsibility.

Skills

Must have

The ideal candidate will be a Moody’s BA who has worked on FRTB (to spec out BA-CVA) and PRA (the integration of PRA reporting templates within Moodys).

Skills and Experience:

  • Business analysis experience working for a top tier bank
  • Good knowledge and experience of Capital & Liquidity reporting
  • Good knowledge and experience of Basle III Capital Requirements.
  • Good knowledge across most asset classes.
  • Knowledge of Moodys RiskAuthority solution desirable.
  • Ability and experience of working under pressure – both autonomously and within a team
  • Ability to liaise with business and IT stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
  • Solid communication skills – both written and oral
  • Experience of testing various regulatory reports

Personal requirements:

  • Work experience in the Securities Industry, preferably in a similar role
  • Proactive and self-starting individual with high levels of ownership
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proven ability to organise and prioritise own workload and drive results
  • The ability to demonstrate strong decision making skills/sound judgements
  • Proactive and self-starting individual with high levels of ownership
