Job description: Are you an experienced Business Analyst looking for a new challenge?

We are currently looking for a Business Analyst to join our newly established Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) function.

This is a varied role within a supportive and collaborative team to provide critical analysis services to the organisation by supporting stakeholders around the Group in identifying and documenting requirements, process maps, pain points and benefits.

This is an exciting time to join the team and to contribute to the success of a variety of programmes and change initiatives to ensure the group continues its progress to achieving its Corporate Strategy goals.

Some of the things we need from you:

A Lean sixSigma or similar business analysis qualification or equivalent experience

Gap analysis, root cause analysis and requirement gathering experience

Experience of producing As-Is and To-Be process maps using Microsoft Visio

Experience of creating, analysing, and optimising business process models

Experience in translating user needs into system requirements

Strong time management and organisational skills, be able to prioritise your workload with the ability to work alone and as part of a team

While this role is home based, you should have the ability to travel to Group offices and other locations as required. Our Group offices are located at Birmingham Business Park and Central Park, Worcester. Any required travel will be reimbursed in line with the current inland revenue mileage rates
