Job description: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Warehouse Team Leader to join a well-established and growing manufacturing company based in South Warrington.

Job Description

• Responsible for day-to-day management of the warehouse and warehouse team of 5
• Responsible for expediting the supply chain of our products
• Receiving shipments of products
• Accurately storing and managing inventory
• Dispatching goods to customers
• Understanding all manufacturing processes carried out and assist operatives with manufacturing as required
• Communicating effectively with the warehouse manager, all operatives, other departments, and directors
• Meeting daily dispatch targets, including the accuracy of manufacture of each order
• Liaising with third-party logistic partners to ensure targets are met
• Staff performance management and reporting
• Management of training and Licencing requirements
• Ensure all paperwork has full traceability of goods

The Successful Candidate

• Previous experience within a manufacturing background preferable
• The ability to manage staff effectively and experience of previously managing a small team
• Excellent comm7unication skills both written and verbally
• Provide further development and team feedback
• Must be able to carry out all manufacturing processes of the business and be able to train and improve others
• Computer literate with all Microsoft packages

What’s On Offer

• Salary: £27,000 – £28,000
• Hours: 8:30am – 5:15pm, Monday to Friday (No weekends required)
