Job description: Our client is an award winning consultancy, often revered as one the thought leaders when it comes to the built environment. Known for designing landmark projects across a variety of sectors! including projects circa £300m across aviation, life sciences commercial sectors. They are currently looking for an Intermediate Electrical Engineer to join their team of 60 MEP Engineers in London.

As a Intermediate Electrical Engineer you will be involved with conceptual and detailed designs through all of the RIBA stages. Provide electrical design expertise to clients in a wide variety of contexts as well as developing strategic, technically based reports and plans. You’ll prepare condition surveys, forward maintenance plans, dilapidation schedules, defect analyses, system diagnostics reports, schedules of condition and the monitoring of the subsequent works processes. You’ll be expected to attend site visits and design team meetings, offering your input where necessary.

Intermediate Electrical Engineer Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience of electrical engineering design in the building services and construction industry

• Experience working on a ide variety of different projects.
• Relevant bachelor or master’s degree
• Revit Experience advantageous
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems; ability to use Amtech, ReLux DiaLux
