We are looking for a Data Analyst – FP&A to join our team.

We are excited to announce a new role within our Data Analytics and Insights team for an experienced Data Analyst supporting Recruitment teams working with the Finance function. You will be joining a growing team of Data Analysts and specialists that provides critical data and insight to our Marketing and Recruitment function across both our UK and North American partnership teams. As a company we are on a journey up the data maturity curve and we envision this role, and that of the team, will grow with us.

What you’ll bring to the role

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Data Analyst, ideally in a higher education setting.

Proficiency in TSQL for querying and managing relational databases.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker or similar.

Salesforce CRM experience or similar Sales and Marketing CRM systems and processes.

Excellent communication skills to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently to meet deadlines.

Additional Experience

Familiarity with higher education data systems and processes.

Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and modelling tools such as ETL, DBT etc.
