Job description: Are you a commercial lawyer in private practice looking for your first move in-house? Or perhaps already working in an in-house environment but looking for more development and support from senior lawyers? I’m working with a fast-growing organisation which forms part of a wider global group and provides a range of market leading services to their customer base. This is a varied commercial role reporting into the Head of Legal: – Providing general commercial advice and training to all levels of the business including operations, finance and IT; – Drafting and reviewing a variety of commercial agreements and maintaining precedent contracts; – Supporting on corporate transactions; – Data protection; and – Ensuring compliance with regulation and working with the compliance team to support supplier management. This role would be best suited to a commercial lawyer with at least 2 years’ PQE.
