NonStop Care are working with a well established local authority in the East Midlands to recruit a Senior Practitioner to join their Initial Screening Service. The ideal candidate will have a background and understanding of Screening & Assessments.

This position offering flexible hybrid working options, allowing you to spend more time in the comfort of your own home, meaning you’ll create a fantastic work life balance.

This is a non case-holding position, meaning you will be able to carry out your work without the need for visits or any long term holding of cases, having less pressure on yourself & ultimately increasing your overall work satisfaction.

The Role:

  • Screening cases & signing off on them within 48 hours.
  • Sign off on case strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with children, families & other teams to ensure the best outcome possible for children.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Social Work & registered with Social Work England.
  • An up to date DBS check
  • Experience working in MASH/Screening/Assessments
