We have an exciting opportunity in IT Services for a Systems Administrator within the Digital Workplace Product team.
This role covers the development/configuration, operation and 3rd line support of a range of key IT systems within the University. Working as part of a team for the Lead Systems Administrator you will administer and support the ongoing delivery of Digital Workplace systems and services.
Some of the tools and technologies you will be involved in administration include:
- Google Workspace as our primary collaboration suite.
- Office 365
- Managed Print Service
- Ucard System (Card Exchange)
- Electronic Signature (Docusign)
- Survey Tools (Qualtrics)
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience of Systems Administration in a large complex environment.
- Experience of the same, or similar technologies as listed above.
- Experience of learning new technologies, techniques and best practice quickly and effectively.
- Experience of collaborating with users and other professional services staff to build, test and deploy new functionality efficiently.
