My client are currently looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join the team, working with Enterprise & Solution Architects to inform business decisions and find technological solutions to business problems and needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Eliciting, defining, validating, and documenting the existing business processes prior to leading the design, definition, and documentation of required process change.
  • Definition, validation, and dissemination of business and functional requirements, whilst supporting and facilitating business change. You will also be able to understand, document and manage the needs and opinions of a wide range of stakeholders, and act as the primary conduit between the customer community and IT design, development, operational and service teams and in some instances, execution of User Acceptance Testing and User Training.
  • Lead the design, definition and documentation of required business and IT process changes, benefits, and outcomes.
  • Lead, facilitate, and support business change initiatives across the organisation, ensuring stakeholder needs and expectations are managed.
  • Organise and facilitate workshops that will map and document “as is” and “to be” processes and determine and develop commitment and buy-in to the required change.
  • Create benefits profiles, benefits realisation plans, gap analysis, process maps, process/procedure guides.
  • Liaise internally and externally, for the purpose of agreeing common processes and system functionality and share best practice.
  • Use process mapping software tools to a high degree of proficiency to define and document processes. Ensure standard practices/methods are adopted and a high quality is maintained.
