IT Business Analyst

Hybrid role – 2/3 days a week in office (London)

£500-550/day

6-month contract

Role

The business analyst will primarily be responsible for Business Requirements Management including generation and process mapping so to enable the procurement of support Technology via the IT Delivery process. During delivery the BA will be the keeper of the requirements and support the implementation. This role will report into the IT Programme Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Business Requirements Management including generation of functional and non-functional requirements and process mapping so to enable the procurement of new Technology and assist the selection.
  • Support the implementation acting as a requirement keeper, working alongside the project manager in controlling the solution implemented and ensuring that it fulfills the requirements flagging any deviation with the project manager.
  • Support the IT Programme manager and IT Project review forum with the evaluation of Technology Project proposals (TPPs) identifying high level requirements with the business and if required via gap analysis.
  • Working with business stakeholders, Project managers and suppliers to develop and support execution of testing plan (including UAT and OAT)
  • Develop the User training plan alongside the business stakeholders, project managers and the supplier and support the execution of the plan
  • Supports the development of all required dashboards and reports alongside the Data Analysts

Required qualifications, skills, behaviors and attributes

  • Business Analysis experience across multiple client/projects
  • Proven stakeholder management capability
  • Proven experience in process mapping
  • Strong communication skills
  • Self-Starter, able to plan and priorities workloads
  • Awareness of ISO27001 and Data Protection act
