A Local Authority in North East London is hiring for a full time Adults’ Social Worker to adhere to local adults in need that are in use of the support from adult’s social care.
Key Duties include:
Gathering safeguarding information or enquiries for care plan
Care Act assessments and Mental Capacity Assessments
Prevent delays and ensure care is not a delay for external partners

Qualified social worker with 2 years+ adult experience (expected)
Registered with SWE (expected)
Professional qualification in Social Work (expected)
