Job Overview

The Warehouse Administrator’s role is to ensure that all admin duties are carried out accurately and efficiently, to deal with Internal/External customers via the phone or email, to complete the Warehouse financial reports monthly.

Role Purpose

Reporting to the Warehouse Operations Manager, the administrator has overall accountability to ensure all Warehouse admin duties are completed. Complete all tasks with a high degree of accuracy to ensure and maintain organisation standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure the Admin office runs smoothly

Print off Loading Manifests, Despatch Notes

Deal with Drivers both DSV and Sub Contractors

Communicate with Internal/External customers

Ability to work in a group and on their own

Telephone, typing and general IT

Assist with any other admin duties within the department

Desired Skills

High attention to detail

Working knowledge of SAP

Problem solver and ability to work to deadlines

Experience working in a fast-paced Warehouse environment

Willingness to learn

HOURS OF WORK

Working hours for the role are 42.5 per week.

A shift pattern will apply, which rotates weekly and consists of 06:00 – 14:30 and 13:30 – 22:00. We would require a degree of flexibility for holiday and absence cover, when necessary, as the hours would then be 08:00 – 16:30.
