Job description: Our client, London Market Insurance/ reinsurance business.They are is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join their Change Management department for a contract position. As a Business Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities
- Analysing and documenting business requirements.
- Gathering and interpreting data to identify process improvement opportunities
- Collaborating with stakeholders to define and implement effective business strategies
- Participating in the design and development of process improvement projects
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines
- Conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify performance gaps and recommend solutions
- Providing support in the implementation and monitoring of change management initiatives
The ideal candidate should possess the following key skills:
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst in the Insurance/ Reinsurance industry.
- Knowledge of Ceded Re/ Outwards reinsurance
Expected salary: £650 – 700 per day
