Job Description

You will join a modern and inclusive HR team. The HR Advisor role will act as the first contact for all HR advisory queries including application of policies and procedures including recruitment and selection.

Working with HR Business Partners, you will support and complement their work to ensure comprehensive advice is provided to Schools/Services, at each stage of the University HR employee relations procedures and processes. In doing so, you will work closely with stakeholders to analyse and resolve casework issues, offering sound professional and consistent advice. As a member of the HR team, you will be pivotal in supporting an agenda of organisational change within HR and across the University, as it strives to develop a culture of continuous improvement.
