Job description: I am currently recruiting a Credit Controller for an FMCG company based in Central London, close to South West London station.
Credit Controller:
Primary Purpose of Role
Working within a well-established finance team to assist in the preparation of
management accounts, the year-end financial statements and other department
support as necessary. Driving performance through management of credit control,
sales promotion position, stakeholder, marketing and sales expense accruals to
ensure month-end close actuals are accurate and in line with forecast. Handle
company’s day-to-day financial matters, processing invoices, running purchase and
sales ledgers whilst working in a timely and accurate manner.Key Responsibilities
Full Time Requirements
- Manage debtor ledgers, ensuring customers pay effectively and on time
- Send weekly statements and reminders to customers
- Purchase invoice process, including PO and non PO invoices
- Sales deduction process and allocation
- Manage invoice processing software ISP
- Weekly credit control run
- Period accounting
- Customer insurance management
- Answer any customer queries by telephone and email
- Other ad hoc duties as directed by Line Manager

This is a temporary part time role for 2 days in the office for 6 week to start that can be longer

The successful candidate will be paid £15 to £19 depending on experience.
