Salary: Grade 6, £27,344 – £30,296 per annum.

37 hours per week

Your role:

As an Events & Hospitality Supervisor you’ll be working across a large portfolio of leisure/event venues assisting the Events & Hospitality Manager in the overall Food & Beverage (F&B) operation including the preparation, service of high-quality food, bar service delivery and demonstrating an excellent customer experience.

About you:

You will assist the Events & Hospitality Manager in leading and supervising the events catering team, ensuring that they are motivated, engaged and appropriately trained to meet the needs of the service. You will take responsibility for the events & hospitality provision, including full management of the event, its resources, planning stock, ordering requirements in line with pre-determined menus / budgets and be responsible for cash reconciliation.

You will participate in and ensure that general cleaning duties are carried out in accordance with current policies and procedures. You will need to be flexible with your working rota and be available to work, days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays. The aspects of the role will also include lone working.
