We are seeking kind-hearted community Healthcare Assistants to join our dedicated team as Community Healthcare Professionals. The role suits part -time hours (16 -20 week) and the role is centred around assisting adults in their own homes. As a Community Healthcare Assistant you will have the satisfaction of providing heartfelt care and support and build meaningful relationships with clients, enriching their lives as well as your own.

  • A valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle are desirable but not essential.

Our Clients can be based in Altrincham OR Sale or Wythenshawe so as a driver you could be matched to clients in any of these areas. We do pay you mileage travelling between clients.

Job Description

Our client’s are all unique and so are their needs. While many of our client’s are older people so we are supporting them with everyday household tasks, meals and nutrition, medications, personal care and companionship, we also support adults with other health issues such as cerebral palsy.

  • Offering personal care such as bathing or dressing
  • Assist with daily tasks such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errand running.
  • Medication reminders or support with taking
  • Friendly conversation and companionship
  • support to maintain their independence with dignity and respect
  • Accompany clients to appointments and social events, providing transportation when necessary
