To train to be a highly trained advisor you will need to be committed to attend one of our training dates. The full-time programmes runs over a four week period whilst the part-time training runs over a six week period.
Our next training dates available are:
- Monday 4th March – Full Time – Monday to Friday (9:00am-5:00pm) for a total of 4 weeks
Saturday 9th March – Part Time – Sat & Sun (9am-5pm) including Tues, Weds, Thurs (5pm-9.30pm) for a total of 6 weeks
Shift available:
- Saturday and Sunday, the minimum of 16 hours over the two days
Rates of Pay:
- £11.48 per hour- daytime and during training (07:00-23:00)
- £14.77 per hour – weekend night rate (23:00-07:00)
What you’ll be doing
Key Skills:
Experience of working in at least one or more of the following:
- Customer Services
- Contact Centres
- Telephone based service
- Healthcare
We are also looking for the following skills and experience:
- good communication, listening and interpersonal skills

- Must be eligible to work in the UK and over 18 years of age
