Balfour Beatty has an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our Balfour Beatty Kilpatrick team.
Role Purpose
- To manage and control project documents and administration tasks.
What you’ll be doing
As an Administrator, you will have the following accountabilities:
- Manage the requirements for documents on the project to ensure implementation and compliance to standards established within the Business Management System.
- Ensure accurate control of documentation through to completion and archiving.
- Any other admin task that may be required by line manager.
- Manage business archiving such that all documentation is stored efficiently and can always be accessed and referenced.
- Assist and implement any other requirements or duties as requested by line management.
Who we’re looking for
You will have the following qualities and experience:
- Good experience of document control or administration.
- Experienced with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Determination to see tasks through to completion, with excellent planning and organisation skills.
