A valid ADR licence is essential for this role.
We have an immediate requirement for a qualified HGV Class 2 driver with ADR Certification to work as an airport Refuelling Technician at London Gatwick Airport (RH6).
This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced and or newly qualified HGV Class 2 licence holders with ADR certification.
This position would also suit experienced HGV drivers tired of long-distance driving and looking for regular hours within one location.
The duties of the Refuelling Technicians are:
- Deliver fuels (diesel), and lubricants (Oil and Adblue) airside within the airport.
- Ensure all ground support vehicles and equipment are topped with relevant fuels per company standards.
- Accurately record all fuel data (training provided).
- Drive vehicles in a safe manner following airport bylaws.
I return for this Refuelling Technician role we offer:
- £32.648 per annum.
- 6% bonus payable in quarterly increments.

The skills and experience required for this Refuelling Technician role:
- A valid HGV Licence + valid ADR licence.
- Digital tachograph card & CPC card.
- Manx 6 penalty points.
- 5-year checkable history and clear criminal record check (refundable).
This is a shift-based role that operates 4 days on 4 days off roster working between the hours of 1400 hrs – 0200 hrs or 1900 hrs – 0600 hrs.
