Management Accountant
- Prepare monthly management accounts and reports.
- Participate in annual budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analysing actual results with plans and forecasts.
- Improve financial status by analysing results and variances; identifying trends; recommending actions.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Comply with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements.
- Update job knowledge by keeping abreast with new regulations; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.
- Protect operations by keeping financial information confidential.

A successful Management Accountant should have:
- Actively studying CIMA or ACCA
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
- Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- A self-motivated, team player mentality.
