The Opportunity
We are looking to recruit an Associate into our London based People & Organisation Consulting team within our Advisory Services Portfolio.
This is a leadership & strategically focused Organisational Development & Design role which will to contribute to the growth of People & Organisations practice. The role will be focused on the delivery of client projects, defining and developing propositions, winning work and growing and developing the People and Organisation practice, people and team.
You will have in-depth knowledge of target operating models & organisation development and one or more of the following technical areas we work across (team effectiveness & collaboration, leadership & capability, culture & organisational change, due diligence/organisation assurance).
We would welcome someone who brings a passion for the energy transition, and much of the work will be focused on growing our team capability and offering to the energy business. This includes wind, solar, nuclear and hydrogen. In role, you will be bringing that passion to boost both major capital projects as well as small, fast growing energy companies to scale and deliver on their business plan.
You will be leading a key part of the People and Organisations service, providing tangible leadership for project teams, setting goals, progress, direction as well as ensuring each project delivers within scope, and to agreed commercial metrics. You will also act as a role model for junior/senior consultants, creating a climate of trust, openness and a culture of recognition
You will also be contributing to the growth of the Investment & Organisation Review service and the Energy business. This will be by building technical and specialist skills through development programmes and recruitment support, as well as establishing senior client relationships, deriving joint understanding of goals, and creating tailored communications plans.

Is this role right for you?
We are looking to speak to people who:
- Have leadership experience in a consulting or in-house environment on Target Operating Model & organisation development, and one or more of the following technical areas (team effectiveness & collaboration, leadership & capability, culture & organisational change, due diligence/organisation assurance).
- Are Chartered with a relevant institute such as British Psychology Society (BPS), Association for Business Psychology (ABP), Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD).
- Have the capability in developing business proposals for clients, by understanding client requirements and drawing collectively expertise from across a multi-disciplinary firm.
- Have strong project management and delivery skills, including financial and risk management & commercial acumen.
