Job description: Our multi award winning national law firm client is currently recruiting for a Senior/Managing Associate to join its thriving corporate team. This role can be based in Birmingham/Nottingham/Leicester or Manchester.
You will be a corporate lawyer with circa 3-8 years PQE with Substantial experience in transactional M&A and general corporate matters.
The team operate consistently at a fast pace for a number of key clients, dealing with all manner of corporate and banking transactions. The quality of the work on offer is exceptional and the right candidate will be confident, personable and technically excellent.
You will work closely with a number of key partners who have a significant amount of experience, who will oversee your work and actively help you to progress your career.
You will be supported by a number of junior lawyers who will work with you in a collaborative and friendly environment.
