We are currently looking for a Partnerships Consulting Manager to join our Consulting team in London. This role is responsible for playing a key role in the development of partnership strategy projects for brand and rights holder clients across EMEA within sport, entertainment, and culture. Projects could include but are not limited to: development of data-driven partnership strategies, valuing partnership rights and developing commercial strategies. All projects are likely to be consultative in nature, requiring outstanding creativity, a comfort with analytics and data, business savviness and an ability to serve and guide clients with confidence, quality and subject matter expertise.

Key Responsibilities include;

  • Support with the development of partnership and commercial strategy projects.
  • Work with insight teams to guide strategies that are acutely in line with our clients’ target audiences.
  • Learn and utilize Wasserman’s approach and methodology to sponsorship valuation in order to accurately advise clients on investment decision making.
  • Play a key role in fostering client relationships, whilst delivering world-class service.
  • Contribute to the identification and curation of partnership marketing solutions for clients that challenge the norm, break boundaries and exceed expectations.
  • Where relevant, manage relationships with client partners and ensure maximum return on investments.
  • Support clients with the identification, analysis, and assessment of partnerships across the sports, entertainment and lifestyle sectors.
  • Work closely with Directors and VPs on the development of all project work spanning multiple disciplines.
  • Be part of new client pitches and play a role in responding to RFPs.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in partnership or commercial strategy. This is not an execution / delivery role.
  • Agency background is preferred
  • Developing a skill for storytelling and an appetite to master the art of translating complex research into a simple and digestible narrative.
  • High-level proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both orally and in writing.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and be able to create a rapport with people of all demographics.
  • High level of initiative and works well independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
  • Well-developed analytical and problem solving skills.
