Experience & qualifications:

  • At least two years’ experience of Training Needs Analysis (TNA) development;
  • Knowledge of DSAT or SAT compliant processes (i.e. Joint Services publication JSP822);
  • Ideally have knowledge of the Defence sector, though we seriously consider specialists from the civil sectors, providing they are high hazard environments (i.e. rail, oil & gas, chemical or, utilities);
  • You will either have commercial experience and/or have military experience (veteran);
  • An understanding of fidelity, considering simulation solutions;
  • Ideally some experience of designing training materials, whether they be classroom based Powerpoint, virtual/augmented reality, gamification or simulation.
  • Successful in establishing and sustaining strong and effective external client relationships, with experience of convincing and influencing;
