Role Purpose
To ensure our ground handling is delivered safely, on time and consistently in line with the service level standards.
What you will be doing
- Co-ordinating post arrival and pre-departure activities – always leading from the front
- comply with all airlines weight & balance documentation and load sheet regulations and to convey the loading instruction to ramp staff
- Responsible for the timely sending of all movement messages both within the team and to/from the airline
- Ensure all paperwork relating to the aircraft turnaround is completed
- To ensure that security items, rush/unattended bags are loaded & documented correctly
