Job description: Are you an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for your next challenge? Would you be interested to work on a large infrastructure project in a long term position?
Our client is looking to add an SQS to their existing team to provide commercial support to comply with the procurement procedures for the package scope, quantification, tender method, negotiation and subcontract documentation. They are looking for someone that has previous experience of
NEC 4 forms of contract
Excellent communication skills
Working to deadlines
Previous experience of similar large infrastructure projects
This is a long term role for the right candidate and would offer interesting experience, and as work on site hasnt started yet, allowing you to experience a job from cradle to grave.
The relevant candidate will have
A degree / HND/ HNC or equivalent in Civil ENgineering or Quantity surveying
Previous experence of work on infrastructure works
Driving licence
