Warehouse Supervisor As a Warehouse Supervisor, your role is crucial to the success of the branch operation. Leading a team of General Assistants, you will drive exceptional performance and exceptional standards. Through your role, you will work to ensure that the branch achieves high performance and operational standards which will ultimately ensure that we deliver our Customer Promise.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring all warehouse always conform to Health and Safety legislation.
- Warehouse operations, including Goods in and despatch operations and line management responsibility for the colleague team
- Working to deliver a balanced performance across key business metrics and KPI’s in line with business goals/objectives
- Ensuring the operation is fully compliant in line with the site standards maintaining balance performance.
- Leading, coaching and developing teams to create, maintain & future development the skills & capabilities
- Holding regular colleague reviews to strengthen colleague engagement & support development
- Working alongside a Team to create a robust succession plan throughout the branch
- Ensuring recruitment is right the first time, attracting future talent to the organisation
- Delivering a structured daily briefing to ensure all colleagues understand key objectives and measures
- Acting as a key member of the LKQ Leisure and Marine management team by actively demonstrating the standards, behaviours and values to drive the 1 LKQ Europe programme.
- Educating, reviewing and briefing colleagues on the importance of a safety-first culture, through the use of Flash 5’s.
- Ensuring the operation is efficient and correct controls and measures are in place to support stock management.
- Improving all processes and rates, enhancing customer experience and creating frictionless processes
- Delivering a customer first service through the management and achievement of pick SLA’s
- Ensuring all branch colleagues complete relevant E-Learning modules to raise awareness and promote a safe working culture for all colleagues processes.
Skills and Experience
- Great communication skills demonstrate the ability to develop customer and colleague relationships.
- Leading a warehouse operations team with a customer first attitude.
- Knowledge of Recruitment processes.
- Knowledge and understanding of P Ls, and the booking of in and out stock.
- Strong ability to highlight and resolve Health and Safety concerns.
- Ability to review, challenge and develop colleagues in order to achieve their best and help them develop.
