Salary: OTE £35k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
Our client is a high-profile and highly regarded local, independent Estate Agency with very smart offices in the Claygate area and they are looking for a Sales & Lettings Negotiator.
The opportunity to join this market leading company will appeal to a candidate who is a committed team player, with excellent customer service skills and a passion for selling & letting residential property.
Previous experience and the ability to perform well in a highly competitive property market are beneficial and a candidate who lives locally and has a comprehensive knowledge of Claygate / Hinchley Wood will be given preferential consideration.
You will be instrumental in helping to grow the market share whilst ensuring first class customer service is being delivered. You will need to be smart, punctual, reliable, well-spoken and articulate, whilst being driven, focused and be able to thrive in a faced paced dynamic environment.
Skills: The skills required for this Sales & Lettings Negotiatorrole will include:
- Previous residential sales and/or residential lettings experience
- Excellent sales ability
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Knowledge of the Claygate / Hinchley Wood area exceptionally helpful
- Full UK Driving License and own car
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
