Shift pattern: 4 on 4 off – Rotational Days (06:00-18:00)

- To deliver a robust and credible Service to the TJX Contract that can be measured through Customer confidence and transparent statistical data
- To work as part of a team to carry out the above functions and represent DHL
- To communicate effectively with TJX and ensure KPIs are maintained
- To plan, co-ordinate, supervise and report on work activities of a team; providing effective leadership & motivation

- People Management – Essential
- Experience in Transport and Supply Chain
- Managing Teams/Multiple departments
- TMS / JDA
- Good Communication skills – both verbal and written
- IT skills
