My client is looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their talented delivery team in Bristol and work with designers within the UK and internationally. As a consultancy, they work across a range of interesting sectors including Aviation, Energy, Cities and Development, Education, Transportation and Defence.

We are looking for a candidate who is Chartered with CIBSE or IMechE or is working towards chartership. Ideally, you will be degree-qualified in a relevant field, and have experience working in a design consultancy.
Responsibilities
Design and specification of all Mechanical Building Services systems – heating, cooling, ventilation, domestic services, drainage calculations
Produce detailed calculations using industry-standard software such as IES etc.
Prepare technical specifications using NBS
Collaborate with their BIM team to prepare models and drawings, using Autodesk Revit
Attend client and contractor meetings
Site surveys, inspections and monitor site work
Report and technical note writing
Project delivery and understanding budget costings
Assist with technical development of junior staff
