Job description: Oliver James are partnered with a leading Asset Manager in their search for a Head of Assurance. The role holder with lead a team and partner with the business to provide assurance reviews and ensure improvements are made to the internal control environment.
Key responsibilities:
– Keep up to date with projects and high areas of risk across the business
– Develop strong relationships across the business with key stakeholders
– Work closely with the 2nd line Risk Advisory team
– Review Internal Audit and Compliance review plans
Required Skills/Qualifications
– Accounting or Audit qualification
– Prior experience working within Asset Management
– Experience assurance or audit experience
– Team management experience
