We are seeking a Business Operations Analyst to join our clients’ team. Our global client is renowned for their continuing advancements in online technologies that have changed the world. An ambitious, fast-paced forward-thinking company with a very creative culture.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the preparation for a variety of internal and external VP-level meetings, assisting with internal operations, and most relevantly orchestrating and driving strategic projects and business-generating initiatives in-region that involve functions across both product and business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategic planning, development, and execution of critical business initiatives, programs, revenue-focused priorities, and special projects.
  • Cultivate a profound understanding of the company’s operations, priorities, and key challenges to facilitate connections between teams and projects, identifying and delivering joint opportunities for synergy, efficiency, and cooperation.
  • Engage regularly with cross-functional teams across all levels, serving as a liaison in planning, strategy, and interdisciplinary meetings and events.
  • Foster collaboration with colleagues and partners to synchronize updates, key meetings, and milestones, ensuring thorough preparation, decision framing, and impactful contributions.
  • Oversee the seamless day-to-day management of special/strategic projects, orchestrating operational reviews, tracking deliverables’ progress, and facilitating alignment efforts.

What you will need to succeed in this role

  • 5+ years of experience with project management, strategy, management consulting, research, operations, or related field.
  • Experience working directly with executive and C-suite level employees, both inside and outside of a company.
  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting or relevant field preferred.
