Salary: £52,084 + depending on experience
What you’ll be doing:
· Lead the business teams to clearly articulate the demand and assumptions, ensuring alignment and agreement with commercial, estimating, finance and other key stakeholders
· Own and optimise End to End resourcing process, holding regular stakeholder engagement review(s)
· Ensure all functions have an agreed supply solution that is topical and up-to-date and monitor and report on achievement of the functional supply solution
· Lead and Manage the FCAS Induction, co-ordinating all invites for the FCAS Induction and the Senior Management Welcome sessions
· Ensure Policy Compliance with Operational Framework, through leadership of the OAS and Business Risk processes
· Ensure that Information Management is being proactively and effectively discharged across FCAS to ensure compliance with the BAE Systems Information and Records Management Policy
· This is a role for an experienced project professional with the ability to deliver with limited guidance from the Line Manager
Your skills and experiences:
· Ability to understand and identify key stakeholders requirements and needs, and influence appropriately
· Able to develop effective working relationships and collaborate effectively across different functions and businesses is critical
· Confident with the ability to effectively challenge, influence others and collaborate across networks to develop effective working relationships with multiple stakeholders
· Good understanding of the structure, organisation, processes and culture of Line of Business, so as to be able to support implementation of appropriate PM approaches
· An ability to gather information. Supports development of solutions and of implementation approaches

The Business Operations team:
The successful candidate will be joining a team who are responsible for all business operations for the FCAS Programme, including reporting, governance, digitisation of management information and sales and operational planning.
The FCAS programme is the UK Combat Air Strategy, launched in 2018, to set out a bold vision of future combat air capability for the UK. It is embodied by Tempest, an international future combat air system that will pioneer new technology, capable of staying ahead of evolving threats, enabled by decades of expertise in a world leading industry
