We’re on the lookout for a Warehouse Administrator, you’ll be working 40 hours per week, covering Friday – Monday, rotating 05:45 – 16:15 and 11:45 – 22:15. Your primary responsibility is to ensure a smooth flow of product through the warehouse, and to ensure that any errors are corrected in line with department targets.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Ensure stock integrity is maintained, by completing all stock movements accurately and reporting any discrepancies
  • Prepare the daily paperwork for the department, and support management with reporting
  • Investigate any issues that arise through the end-to-end process, reporting any elements of non-compliance
  • Ensure that all Health and Safety practices are followed in line with company standard

What you need to succeed at GXO:

  • Be able to work on own initiative as this role requires comprehensive analytical, problem solving and planning skills
  • Excellent administration, and IT skills including Office365
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
