We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and organised Administrative Assistant to join our busy Admin Team. You will act as the first point of contact for parents and visitors to the school as well as providing administrative support to the whole school.

We are looking for someone who will:

  • Have experience / capability of working under pressure, with frequent interruptions, in a busy office environment.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have good IT skills.
  • Be organised, able to prioritise workloads and use their initiative.
  • Be able to work well independently and as part of a team and build relationships with both staff and children.
  • Have a caring and friendly nature and a sense of humour.

The hours for this role will ideally be: 1:00pm – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, Term Time Only + 5 days. However, there may be some flexibility in these times for the right candidate.
