Pastoral Support Coach – Role Information:
- Pastoral Support Coach
- Located in Bristol (BS6) – Based in one secondary academy
- Monday to Friday role – Usual school working hours
- Paid £450 per week during term time only
- FREE access to multiple online CPD courses – SEN, Mental Health & Safeguarding
- Conducting tailored 1:1 & small group support for students with SEMH needs
- Creating warm and supportive school environment for students
- Building professional relationship with staff and students
- *NO UK Visa Sponsorship available for this role*
Pastoral Support Coach – Applicant Requirements:
- Minimum 2:1 Psychology, Sociology or Education Studies based university degree
- Strong academic background
- Prior experience working with young people
- Naturally outgoing and resilient individual
- Good organisation and communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with young people
- *Full UK Driving License required for this role*
