Community Psychiatric Nurse (Adult)

Band 6 £37,831 – £46,100 per annum

plus £1,279 Distant Islands Allowance per annum

37.5hrs per week

We are looking for a highly-motivated, experienced individual to join the Community Mental Health Team in Lewis and Harris. Applications are invited from individuals who have a extensive post registration experience working in the area of adult mental health who are seeking to develop their career in a challenging but supportive environment.

The successful candidate will be committed to developing and enhancing their clinical skills including contributing to service re design within the community services of Mental Health. You will be required to work as part of the multidisciplinary team to ensure delivery of a recovery-focussed service to individuals in the Western Isles.

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and team working skills, who is ready to provide a high standard of care when addressing and promoting recovery with mental health issues.

There is a requirement for the successful candidate to participate in a On Call Rota.
