The Security Manager- Operational is responsible for a compliant security operation whilst delivering the best airport passenger service in the world. Leading the daily operational performance of a security, they motivate and guide a team of Security Officers to deliver through the main KPIs of Serve, Protect, and Grow. This is an operational leadership role in which you can make a significant difference in the experience of our passengers and teams so that together we deliver the Heathrow vision: To give passengers the best airport service in the world.
This role is shift based. We have various shifts and locations available, however, flexibility will be required from successful candidates.
