£26,000
The operation requirements vary on a day-to-day basis but will caterer for approx. 120-240 for breakfast service, offering a mix of A la Carte and buffet style.
Dinner is an A la Carte service with similar numbers depending on the hotel occupancy.
The hotel operates a very competitive tronc system that is paid into the monthly salary.

Roles and Responsibilities –
- Attend to guests’ needs and build a personal rapport with them.
- To build and maintain rapport with regular guests (both residents and non-residents) as well as cultivating relationships with new patrons.
- To assist the Senior Managers to develop and maintain a record of all regular guests with their preferences (e.g., beverage type, table location, birthdays, special family occasions).
- To ensure effective communication between all employees of the department and also with other departments.
- To ensure the food pick up and service is impeccable and completed in a timely manner.
- To prepare and serve drinks to guests according to standards.
- Demonstrate a great product knowledge for all food and beverage.
- Train, develop and ensure standards of service are met with junior team.
