Job Description

An outstanding researcher is sought to play a key role in the completion of the late Dr Lisa Lodwick’s research on Roman agriculture and the role of corn-dryers for publication by the Society for the Promotion of Roman Studies as a Britannia Monograph.  The post-holder will work with Dr Mark McKerracher (Bodleian Library, Oxford) and Professor Michael Fulford to accomplish a range of tasks essential to the completion of the monograph.  The successful applicant will be based in the Department of Archaeology in the School of Archaeology, Geography and Environmental Sciences at the University of Reading.  The role is for 10 months full-time but equivalent part-time working can be considered.  Homeworking can also be considered.
