Our client, a successful B Corp and a dynamic player in the food industry, is actively seeking to onboard a talented and innovative New Product Development Manager on a contractual basis, allowing for flexible remote work arrangements (1-2 days per week). As a member of the team, you will play a crucial role in steering the development of high quality product ranges and executing projects related to the existing product portfolio. This position is tailor-made for an individual with an unwavering passion for both food and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
New Product Development: * Spearhead the creation of innovative products.
- Craft kitchen samples and develop new recipes to enhance the product offering.
Ingredient Sourcing: * Identify and source high-quality ingredients to ensure the superior quality of the final products.
- Actively participate in the negotiation process with suppliers, fostering strong partnerships.
Project Management: * Oversee end-to-end project management for product development initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous Food Industry Experience: * A proven track record of success in roles within the food sector.
- Demonstrated success in developing new products and expanding product ranges.
