We have a great opportunity for you to join our food and beverage team if you are motivated by ensuring excellent service delivery and leading others.
As Assistant Food and Beverage Manager you will assist the Food and Beverage Manager to manage, develop and motivate your team and ensure an efficient, effective, and welcoming experience for all. You will also assist the Food and Beverage Manager to maintain aspects of stock and cash control, control cost of sales, and labour.
With twelve different outlets on our beautiful campus, you will have access to a diverse experience with a range of development opportunities.

What we are looking for in the right candidate:
Maths and English GCSE or equivalent, grades C/4 or above
Experience of supervising bar and/or catering staff in a high-volume environment with a flexible, committed, and professional approach to work
Experience of working with both an EPOS and Stock Management System and solid IT skills
Excellent customer service skills
Willingness to work flexibly.
