Applause IT are looking to hire a Content Lead for a global leading asset management solutions provider, working within the aviation industry. Partnering with over 75 major airlines worldwide, they are a global player, providing market leading software and comprehensive solutions to create a digital replica of aircraft maintenance records.
As part of your role as Content Lead, you will be supporting the Campaign Lead and Communications Lead, focusing on crafting engaging content that mirrors a customer-focused strategy, amplifying the company’s market visibility. In this role you will be in charge of guiding a team of content creators, motivating them to discover methods for connecting with the customer base through compelling content.
Your duties will include formulating a customised content strategy that directly addresses the requirements of the company’s target audience while ensuring alignment with brand messaging. Utilising customer data and insights, you will monitor and analyse content performance across diverse channels, employ customer metrics to gauge engagement, and consistently refine content strategies to elevate customer experiences.
The successful Content Lead should have:
- Completion of a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, English, or a related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in content creation and strategy, within the SaaS sector.
- Prior experience in the aviation industry would be beneficial.
- Proficiency in SEO best practices and CMS systems.
- Experience in marketing to an international audience would be advantageous.
