Job description: Our client in Andover is looking for a Warehouse Team Leader on a temporary to permanent basis, the role will ideally be starting immediately.
The role will be working in a busy warehouse environment managing a team and reporting in to the operations managers.
Duties:
Managing and directing the warehouse team
Training new staff and upskilling current staff
Complete all outbound and inbound paperwork as required
Order Picking
General warehouse duties where required
To check customers outbound deliveries and products creating an environment that ensures customers can rely upon 100% accuracy and timely dispatch of finished goods placed in our care
Completion of necessary process control and quality documented records, in a timely manner
Requirements:
Previous experience within a similar role
Excellent IT/Computer skills
Hold a counter balance/Flexi forklift license (desirable)
Monday to Friday: 14:00 – 22:00
