Project Details: My client is currently seeking a skilled Managing Quantity Surveyor to join their team for an exciting project within the Aviation industry. The scope includes resurfacing 2 runways valued at £80 million and addtional works that are currently in the ECI stage for a new taxi area all unders the NEC Option E contract.

Experience Required:

  • Degree Qualified
  • MRICS Accreditation
  • Proven experience as a Managing Quantity Surveyor
  • Familiarity with NEC Option E contracts
  • Knowledge of airport regulations
  • Experience in managing complex projects

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the project
  • Ensure adherence to Option E contract specifications
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams
  • Manage budgetary requirements and financial aspects of the project
  • Monitor and report project progress
  • Address any issues or challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle
