As the Business Development Manager your key focus of the role is to develop and manage commercial relationships across a portfolio of key customer accounts. This includes managing price/margins to ensure long term sustainable business success, develop strong forecasting, evaluating customer demand profiles, engage and communicate effectively across multiple stakeholders (customers, new product development, food safety, finance, supply chain).
The successful attributes for the role must have an engaging and adaptable approach, strong commercial awareness of the food industry. An authentic track record in delivering results and demonstrated growth.
Experience in the food industry (confectionary, food ingredients, bakery, desserts will be advantageous).
Flexible to travel nationwide and an ambassador of the business’ values and established best practices habitually.
