TRC Group are recruiting for a Quality Control Assistant for our client based in the Goldthorpe, S63 area. Upon gaining a contract you will have access to a wide range of benefits such as:

Pay Rate: £11.50 and again to £12.01 after 12 weeks + on-site parking + free fruit and hot drinks on site + discounts and offers at many high street stores, + access to a 24/7 365 legal/financial/wellbeing helpline.
Job Type: Temp to perm
Hours: 5am start, working on a monthly rota working any 5 days out of 7
The Role:
- Working within the Quality Control Team checking products for standards
- Making sure all products are suitable to receive from suppliers to be then sent out to stores
- Checking the standard of the pallets placed in lanes.
- Ensuring labels on pallets are correct & clear.
- Moving overspill around warehouse using MHE.
- Admin duties such as booking stock in, date checks, racking checks, slot checks etc
- Liaising with other sites regarding any stock queries
- Wil be the gatekeeper to ensuring we don’t let any sub-standard products slip through to our customers.
Requirements:
- Good attention to detail
- Must live locally or have own means of transport due to shift times
- Good attitude towards work
- Reliability

- Barnsley – 17 mins from town centre 8.2 miles car travel
- Rotherham – 17 mins from town centre 8.7 miles car travel
