- National Account Manager to manage. grow and develop a portfolio of retail and supplier accounts
- Drive sales and growth in designated accounts
- Manage the customer relationships across a geographical area including any nominated
small retailers. * As required work alongside the Retail Business Managers to support business growth
targets and review supplier performance. * Conduct regular visits to suppliers, retail distribution centres and stores to capture
conversion opportunities. * Analysis of customer data to improve efficiency and identify opportunities. Carry out
quarterly review meetings with larger customer accounts * Build a network of contacts within your customer’s business and be the main day-to-day
contact. Drive improved customer satisfaction and engagement. * As applicable document activities on Salesforce and ensure all monthly reporting is
completed and reviewed in line with deadlines. * Attend and contribute to sales team meetings as required.

- Experience working in a sales role, within the fresh food sector/logistics sector
- Strong relationship management and presentation skills.
- Experience of managing internal reporting using multiple platforms.
- Presenting data in a simple and engaging way.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
